1. On-Site Consultation

This consultation is a chance for us to walk your land together. While I am on site we will take the time needed to talk about your goals and dreams for the property. During the visit we will discuss a holistic and systematic approach for how to  best use the land, time and resources to fulfill your goals.

Video and phone consults are also available for those who do not live close enough for an on-site visit. 

2. Property Design

Here is where we put pen to paper and computer design to aerial imagery. A good design needs to make sense and give you a clear path forward.

When I design a property I use two main tools. #1 is what I call the "Road Map." This is a simple written step by step plan in an order that guides you through the when and how of setting up your property. #2 is the interactive aerial map. This map shows the where of setting up your property and is simple yet has many advanced features.

3. Implementation Support

Let's face it, we all need a little help figuring out the details sometimes! As you work to implement the designs, you may need some help and direction. I've got you covered!

I offer hourly or retainer options for phone calls, so whether you just need a quick question answered or you need to talk through the details of a complex system, I have an option that will work well for you. I can also provide physical on site help at an hourly rate for clients who live close enough for that to be practical.
